First Friday New Release Email Give Away!

What is First Friday Email you may be asking yourself? And there's a chance I can win something free too! Well, it's pretty simple. It's an email that I send out once a month on the First Friday of the month that features a new release photo and usually some other bit of news or information about what I am up to in the world of photography and fine-art.

Okay, but what is the give away all about?

Starting this month (August 2021) I will be giving away an 8x10 print matted to 11x14 of the featured new-release fine-art photograph that is featured in the email. It is only a print and mat, no frame. However, each print will be signed and uniquely numbered as part of a First Friday Email Limited Series.

Who is eligible?
Only subscribers of the First Friday New Release Email are eligible, and you must reside in the United States of America (This is really only because shipping outside the USA gets expensive and this is something I am doing for free - I hope people outside the USA understand). If you aren't already a subscriber you can subscribe by visiting this link (or click the blue button at the bottom of this page) and filling out your name and email. That's it. Once you're subscribed you are entered into the give away automatically. I will announce the previous months winner in the next First Friday email. Also, I use an online service provider by the name MailChimp to manage the free email subscription and at any time you can easily manage your email preferences for this list through them, but once you unsubscribe from the list you are no longer eligible. The Fine Print (Rules, etc)
This First Friday New Release Give Away is only available to First Friday New Release subscribers. To be eligible you must be a current and active subscriber living within the USA. The print size is 8x10 (paper) and matted to 11x14. Each print will be signed and uniquely numbered as part of a First Friday Email Limited Series. This give away does not include framing. Limit 1 per active subscriber per year. Winner's first name, city and state, as well as optional photo holding prize will be published in the following month's First Friday Email. Winner has 48 hours to accept prize via email or they forfeit their prize and another subscriber will be chosen. Winner must notify me (james@jmgalleries.com) in writing prior to the 25th of each Month if they do not wish this information to be published. Winner must provide a valid shipping address within the USA and agrees not to hold me, or jM Galleries, or its associates, sponsors, etc., responsible for errors in addressing or non-delivery for incorrect address information or shipping carrier delays or errors. There are no warranties or returns on the photograph. Due to the COVID pandemic and local and state mandates delays may happen.
